Ramzi Tabrizi (b. 1884), a poet hailing from Azerbaijan residing in Istanbul. Encountered by the Ottoman Sultan ‘Abd al-Majid Khan who was passing by, he improvised a quatrain and having heard him recite it, he was rewarded. Ramzi was a contemporary of La’li, Ahi, Raji, and Shukuhi.
