Vuthuqi, Kiyumars, Rawshan Tehrani (b. 1926), contemporary ghazal poet born in Tehran. Having received his primary and secondary education at Dar al-Funun in Tehran, he studied social sciences at the University of Tehran and obtained his BA and MA and found employment as a civil servant. He also obtained a BA in sociology from the University of Geneva. The last office he held was the directorship of the Ministry of Higher Education. He retired in 1975 and now lives in Terhan. His divan of poetry, Rawshana’i, appeared in 161 pages in Tehran in 1980.
