Zindigani, Siyavush (1949-2004)
As a violinist and composer, he was self-educated in music. In the beginning he imitated the performance style of Parviz Yahaqqi. After revealing his own talent he was invited to perform on the Radio and Television in early 1960s. He began his performances on the Golha programmes quite late and following the 1979 Revolution, he, like many other musicians, failed to seize any opportunity for artistic expression. Many of his performances, were accompanied by Hayedeh on the vocals, were recorded abroad. A selection of his solo performances will be released in near future.
