Fardi Shirazi, Safar ‘Ali Beyg Zand (fl. nineteenth century), a poet with the nom de plume Fardi. An erudite man of an aristocratic family whose lineage traced back to the Zand, he joined the Sufis. He was a companion of the author of Nigaristan-i Dara. His diwan of poetry is extant.
