DESCRIPTION

Tamasha was the official publication of the National Iranian Television and Radio. It was a weekly publication; the first issue was published on March 18th, 1971 it continued till December 23rd, 1978. It covered political, cultural, literature, artistic events as well as reviews and previews of the television programs, book reviews, art exhibitions, theatrical and dance performances. Tamasha published the weekly schedule for the television and radio programs in both the capital and in the provinces. Tamasha was published under the supervision of Iraj Gurgin. Reza Qutbi was the imprint owner, and Zhila Sazigar was the first editor, Nad ‘Ali Hamidani, Riza Sa’id Husayni and Firuz Fuladi were also editors of Tamasha Magazine.
